"Graziös" opened twelve new luxury suites in Graz's Stiftingtal in spring 2019. Before the first stone was even laid on top of the other, the spectacular themed apartments could already be viewed.

threesixty.at created 360-degree visualizations for three of the twelve apartments, including furnishings, lighting effects and garden design. We supported the high-quality concept of "Graziös" with precise detail work/handcrafting of over 100 individual pieces - from the 100-year-old farmhouse cupboard to the "Styrian Gin". Such visualizations are not only suitable for getting customers excited about their own projects before construction begins, but also help the developer to review and adapt the design at an early stage.
